Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

 

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges — simply return the item and reorder the one you prefer.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene reasons, some personal-use products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

 

Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as we begin processing quickly.
